iStream Media Suite

• iStream Media Suite is a suite of applications built on industry standard Microsoft Windows Media and Silverlight technology that enables customers to organize, manage, protect, publish and monetize their media. The suite was designed to simplify media management and delivery workflow while accelerating the process of placing content on the Web.

Simplified Workflow

• Managing online media can be a cumbersome and time consuming process. The standard workflow includes media ingestion, creation of playlists from one or multiple media storage sources, player or presentation design and branding, digital rights management, eCommerce, and end-user support and reporting. iStream Media Suite simplifies that workflow with a unified suite of applications that can be used together or on a stand-alone basis regardless of where media is hosted or what CDN is used to deliver it.

Monetized Media

• To monetize media assets, customers can choose to offer video ads (pre-roll, post-roll or overlay) by scheduling and publishing a custom ad inventory or select a third party ad network to have ads displayed alongside the delivered media. Alternatively, customers can choose to offer media on a paid basis using pay-per-view and subscription models.

Branding Capabilities

• All Media Suite applications can be customized to match the customer's brand and desired look and feel or applications can be seamlessly and transparently integrated into the customer's website. This assures that the viewing experience is consistent with the customer's brand and message.

Industy Standard

• iStream Media Suite is built around Microsoft Windows Media technology and digital rights management -- the industry standard for online media -- and Microsoft's next-generation cross-browser, platform-agnostic Silverlight plug-in. With over 500 million players installed worldwide more than ninety percent of all live webcast events, including some of the largest events in webcast history, are delivered in Windows Media.
