iStream DRM Summary

iStream DRM is a complete digital rights management service that enables content owners to protect, restrict access to, and securely deliver live and on-demand content from websites on a conditional access, pay-per-view, or subscription basis over the Internet and other IP devices.

Transparent and Scalable Platform

iStream DRM's license delivery process is handled through web services directly from the customer's website making the process of issuing licenses completely transparent to the end-users. Additionally, the service is tiered and can be easily scaled to accommodate flash crowds accessing media and requesting licenses

Industry Standard

iStream DRM is built on industry-standard Windows Media DRM version 10 which is adopted by hundreds of devices and over 75 content providers. With over 500 million Windows Media Players installed, most major music labels and film studios trust Windows Media DRM to protect their content.

Monetized Content

iStream DRM can be used in conjunction with the iStream PayCast® service to secure live and on-demand content on a pay-per-view or subscription basis. This ensures that only users who have purchased the content have access to it.

Conditional Access

When access to sensitive content -- sales training or a product demonstration, for example-- must be restricted to a discrete group of users, iStream DRM can be used to provide protection against unauthorized recording, sharing or republishing of that content. Simply select the content and proper usage rights then add authorized users to your access list individually or import entire lists of users.

" ‘Live at the Bike!’ started as a simple idea that needed a plan. Joker Gaming immediately thought of iStreamPlanet because of their reputation in our industry and their work with the World Series of Poker. Since creating our product 8 months ago, iStream has been an integral part of its success. We have succeeded in creating a new product, the first of its kind and they have walked every step with us in making our idea a reality."

- Eveliene Dullaart, Joker Gaming, LLC
